چکیده
A zero-voltage switching (ZVS) H-bridge phase-shifted low-voltage high-current converter with saturable inductors is proposed in this paper. The introduction of solves the short circuit problem caused by high-frequency on–off power tube, and effectively inhibits voltage oscillation spikes rectifier tube. In addition, when current flowing through inductor does not change rapidly, it exhibits a low impedance consumes very little power. detailed design process main parameters presented to provide reference for supply workers. To verify effectiveness design, 3 kW(15 V/200 A) prototype built. This has around 90% efficiency, can suppress spikes, avoiding all which are verified experimentation.

A New ZVS-PWM Full-Bridge Converter
A full-bridge converter which employs a coupled inductor to achieve zero-voltage switching of the primary switches in the entire line and load range is described. Because the coupled inductor does not appear as a series inductance in the load current path, it does not cause a loss of duty cycle or severe voltage ringing across the output rectifier. The operation and performance of the proposed ...
متن کاملLow-Voltage and Low-Power CMOS Voltage-to-Current Converter
A CMOS voltage-to-current converter in weak inversion is presented in this Letter. It can operate for low supply voltage and its power consumption is also low. As the input voltage varies from −0.15 V to 0.15 V, the measured maximum linearity error for the proposed voltageto-current converter, is about 3.35%. Its power consumption is only 26 μW under the supply voltage of 2 V. The proposed volt...
متن کاملFault Ride-through Capability Enhancement of Voltage Source Converter-High Voltage Direct Current Systems with Bridge Type Fault Current Limiters
This paper proposes the use of bridge type fault current limiters (BFCLs) as a potential solution to reduce the impact of fault disturbance on voltage source converter-based high voltage DC (VSC-HVDC) systems. Since VSC-HVDC systems are vulnerable to faults, it is essential to enhance the fault ride-through (FRT) capability with auxiliary control devices like BFCLs. BFCL controllers have been d...
متن کاملA Zvs Full Bridge Resonant Inverter Based High Step down Multiple Output Converter with Wide Input Voltage Range
DC-BUS based power distribution systems with battery backup have been widely used in aerospace and telecommunication applications, where the bus voltage is usually determined by the battery. In these systems, there are many loads that need different and low operating voltages. Since the bus voltage is usually much higher than the load voltage and varies in a wide range with the stage of charge ...
